This paper investigates the problem of robust H∞ control for linear time-delay singular systems with linear fractional parametric uncertainties. By linear matrix inequality approach, a sufficient condition is given for the existence of a memory state feedback controller, which guarantees that the closed-loop systems are admissible with an H∞ norm bound γ for all admissible uncertainties. Meanwhile, a design method of the memory state feedback controller is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is shown by several numerical examples.
