A generalized dynamical network model with different time-varying delays is discussed in this paper. Since the derivative of the time-varying delays isn't always non-negative in the real world. So, in this paper, we not only consider the case that the derivative of the time-varying delays is no less than zero, but also takes into account the case that the derivative of the time-varying delays is non-positive situation. Some sufficient conditions ensuring the synchronization stability criteria are obtained. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the efficiency of the derived results.
