The three-level inverter and the combination of direct torque control method used in induction motor, designed a simple direct torque control method of twelve vector by use of diode-clamped three-level inverter, in the same as highly torque control accuracy. The result shows that it has simple, fast response, high torque control accuracy Benefits. The control scheme used in high voltage control motor speed since has good effect for energy saving.
