With the development of science and technology, the application of high-performance computing platform is becoming more and more extensive. Having high-performance computing platform's company is bound to provide services to others, and so it will produce the issue of resources accounting. In this paper, high-performance computing platform accounting system is realized base on web, with the help of Open Portable Batch System, PBS XML Accounting Toolkit and Crond. The system considers multiple usage resources and has appropriate price for different users, and so it can achieve a reasonable and transparent accounting. The system is suitable for the majority high performance platform for linux operating system and for Open Portable Batch System managing job, which has wide application prospects.
