An algorithm for 3D target reflectivity function reconstruction is proposed in this paper that is based on an interferometric ISAR system. The system uses two orthogonal baselines, each composed of two tx/rx antennas, which are able to provide a measurement of the phase difference for each scattering centre found in the ISAR image. The present paper focuses on a method for estimating the effective rotation vector, both magnitude and orientation, that is based on accurate interferometric phase estimation.
