All domestic and foreign literatures on the influence factors of Supplier Involvement in New Product Development (SINPD) are statistically analyzed by using Meta-analysis method in this paper, and 14 main influence factors of SINPD are identified and extracted from previous research results. After that, the paper analyzes the relative structure among the 14 main influence factors by using interpretive structural model. The results show that supplier dependence, product complexity, development risk, technology uncertainty, supplier's technology capability and technology novelty are superficial and direct influence factors; expectation of obtaining long-term performance, expectation of obtaining short-term performance and R&D dependence are intermediate and indirect influence factors; ability of organization and management, human resource quality, cooperation relationship, attraction between supplier and manufacturer, and manufacturers' competition environment are essential and basic influence factors. This analysis could provide a meaningful analytical base to effectively actualize SINPD.
