To improve and scientifically evaluate the artistic quality of digital learning resources design, this paper uses qualitative analysis combining quantitative research method to analyze the artistic factors of digital learning resources design, and provides evaluation methods and steps. This is a deepening understanding on digital learning resources design art, and also a reference for its quantitative evaluation and improvement.
