As one of the key elements of development strategy of port, a proper logistics mode according to the condition and features of the port plays vital role in elevating the strength of the port in the increasing fierce competition. At present, so many candidates of logistics mode are facing the port. In this paper a decision-making model for logistics mode of port basing on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed, in which a method combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis is applied. This model bands together the competitive power theory of port with the method of comprehensive evaluation. During the application of the model, kinds of comprehensive evaluation method, such as factor analysis, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, are integrated to construct the decision-making model for logistic mode of port. The logistics practice of specified ports gives birth to the feasibility and the reference value of this model. In addition, a framework of the future job about building platform of decision-supporting for logistics mode of port is advanced at the end of paper.
