A novel 1550 nm fiber laser structure Chirped Pulse Amplification system has been present in this paper. The Phase Locked Loop structure and pulse picker structure has been arranged to get accurate and stable phase noise control and repetition rate frequency exchanging. The Grating stretcher and DCF stretcher and Grating compressor structure make completed chirp function for overall Amplification system, while four Erbium Doped Faber Amplifier been chosen to get enough gain to optical pulse. Suitable power gain and pulse width arrangement have been put into the whole design for the actual Chirped Pulse Amplification. The output optical pulse with 3μJ pulse's energy and 0.25 ps pulse width has been got through experiment.
