Information flow management is very important in Supply Chain Management. Under the condition of perfect information and stochastic demand, we can seek the optimization product quantity for each member of a supply chain by methods of modeling. Then asymmetric information is introduced in the model, through the contract rules changing and other methods, the vender can guarantee the high type manufacture to be contracted with.
