With the adoption of Rytov approximation and modified von Karman spectrum model of index-of-refraction fluctuation, we sturdy the effects of the tilt-corrected residual atmospheric aberration on OAM of potons. The results shown that tilt-corrected residual aberration also damage the initial OAM and induce new OAM. With the increasing of z, the number of the initial OAM photons will go down while the effective number of new OAM ascends. Meanwhile, the receiving probability of initial OAM photons declines, as the turbulence becomes stronge(the zenith angle from 10 degree go up to 45 degree). And the larger orbital angular momentum quantum number are carred by photons, the heavier the damage to the initial OAM appear.
