Considering the stability caused by the communication delay and the asynchronism between the plant and the controller in networked control systems (NCS), this paper develops robust H guaranteed cost control for networked control systems with bounded random time-delay. First, the networked control systems are modeled uncertainty discrete system based on T-S fuzzy model. The uncertainty of time delay is converted to the uncertainty of the parameter matrix. Next, a sufficient condition for the system global asymptotic stability and the existence of H controller is established by using parallel distributed compensation (PDC) and linear matrix inequalities (LMI) method. And a robust H guaranteed cost controller design method for the networked control systems is developed. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
