The core competence of Supply chain alliances was manifested by the knowledge integration capabilities in the node enterprises. Basing on the premise of information-sharing between the core enterprises and the node enterprises, the study involve dynamic game process of the innovation value and the cost of knowledge by dynamic game, while the study point out that understanding relationship between the cost of study and the consumption of partners is critical. Understanding the relationship is a key factor of achieving the game equilibrium and knowledge integration.
