The development of embedded systems (namely ES, for the short) is a technique with emphasis on practice training, therefore, it is very significant of setting up a good experimental teaching system and a scientific practice environment for the course of embedded system. Based on the consideration above, some noticeable problems of establishing experimental teaching issues are firstly studied in this paper. With aim to the solution for these problems, a novel training system with a three-layer architecture, which is composed of verification experiment, designing or synthesis experiment and innovation experiment, is proposed on consideration of course experiment, course design, graduate project, and some other technological activates as a whole. The teaching practice during these years shows that this three-layer model is good at student's abilities training, and a good teaching result is also received.
