The molded plastic product is a toy assembly. The submarine gate and the side gate are used in the gating system of a combined cavity mold of the toy assembly according to the use requirements of products and the flowing properties of raw material. The gating system is optimized based on the filling analysis using CAE technology so as to ensure the equilibrium of filling the combined cavity mold. The optimized sizes of the runners and the gates can ensure the equilibrium of filling and the uniform distribution of pressure in the combined cavities. If the optimized results are employed in the parameter design of the mold, one-time success rate of test will be enhanced. And also the data is reliable.
