The paper analyzes the peak to average power ratio (PAPR) of Multi-carrier code-division multiple access (MC-CDMA) system and gives a mathematic expression on complementary cumulative distribution function (CCDF) of PAPR based on the correlation functions of the spreading sequences. It is shown that the PAPR varies as the changing of correlation functions of the sequences. PAPR property is studied based on several orthogonal sets of sequences: Walsh, Golay complementary and Bridge sequences.
