How to improve learning efficiency in web-based education, and to realize humanistic care and harmonious emotion interaction between human and computer, which has become the important subject to be studied thoroughly. In this paper, a harmonious human-computer interaction model based on affective computing and web-based education is proposed to resolve the problem of emotion deficiency between the computer and users.
