For the problem that the high cost of reverse logistics in steel & iron industry lowers the rate of recovery of scrap steel and reutilization.etc, on the basis of analyzing the business processes flow of reverse logistics in iron & steel industry, the reverse supply chain management information systems for the steel & iron enterprises is introduced in the paper. To determine location selection of interim storage station, recycling network of scrap steel are build by mathematical programming, and the programming problem are solved by the improvement of simulated annealing algorithm in this paper. The optimized result is proved effectively by instance.
