The aim of this paper is to develop a new method for critical path (CP) definition, especially for complex projects. In past, lots of methods focus on only time criteria for CP definition, but there are more parameters that would influence the project completion process. This paper focuses on additional critical parameters for finding CP of the projects. For this purpose, a combination of fuzzy ANP & fuzzy VIKOR are used and finally a case for foundation of a Radio station is presented to explain the proposed approach.
