The management of supply chain is the key process in enterprise developing; How to identify the risk of the supply chain and evaluate the affection of risk factors is very important. The identification of current situation of supply chain is briefly described at the beginning of this article, the SCOR model is introduced afterwards, and the index in predicting the risk of supply chain is also provided, the system for evaluating the risk of supply-chain is made up by 8 key risk factors and 36 sub-factors. Finally the fuzzy comprehensive method is used in settling down the problem about weigh distribution of risk index of supply chain.
