Under the e-commerce environment, the lack of information leads to the inefficiency of centralized control in food supply chain. Based on the Bayesian theory, this paper develops a series combined decision-making models for information and control structure in food supply chain, and analyzes the impact of market risk, forecasting accuracy coefficient, and competition intensity on the performance of food supply chain, and identify the effective matched structure of information sharing and decision-making control. The research result is that under the decentralized control structure, information sharing can not improve the overall performance of channels, and lead to the fierce conflicts of between information battle and information hiding because of the lack of cooperation basis of information-sharing. It is an important practical significance for China to adjust vertical control structural in food supply chain.
