Transient pulsed signals from various types of detection equipment are the main object of study in pulsed radiation field diagnosis. The intensity changes in the pulsed radiation and the characteristics of the particle group behavior in the pulsed radiation field influences the signal waveforms. Due to the limited bandwidth of the transmission cable, the high frequency components of the transient pulsed signal will be distorted by the high intensity pulsed radiation field when transmitted to a remote computer through the cable. This paper presents studies of front-end digitizing techniques and the substitution of the remote cable transmission with a Real-time Sampling system of Transient Pulsed Signals (a RSTPS system), in order to record the transient pulsed signals more accurately, more completely and more reliably.
