A novel optical generation and optical frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) transport of 60 GHz band millimetre (MM)-wave signals is proposed and experimentally demonstrated over 40 km long singlemode optical fibre. The generated MM-wave signals with the narrow linewidths of <300 Hz are obtained
