Image edge detection has always been a hot research in the field of image processing. This article describes several classical detection algorithms and wavelet transform algorithm, analysis and compares the experimental results.The results show that the wavelet transform algorithm can effectively detect the image edge, superior to the traditional edge detection algorithm.
