By the establishment of the innovation capability index system of high-technology industry, we use the grey cluster analysis method to conduct quantitative empirical research on the innovation capacity of high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province, then draw the results of the grey clustering evaluation. Finally, we have a conclusive. Analysis of the evaluation result and the evaluation results, and give some corresponding proposal.
