To deploy emergency resources timely and accurately is the core of emergency logistics research, and to study and develop the relevant intelligent decision supporting system is an effective approach to solving the problem. This paper introduces an intelligent decision supporting system of emergency resources deployment and elaborates on its structure, its reasoning mechanism based on emergency resources deployment cases, its process of describing problem and revising plans, as well as the knowledge acquisition for problem description and plan revision. At the beginning, the system assists decision maker in describing the new problem with the association rules mined from the cases. Then, in the light of such description, the system retrieves the most similar one from the history cases, assists decision maker in revising this plan based on the mined knowledge of resources deployment, and finally, take the revised one as the solution to the new problem.
