The emerging RESTful Web Services have provided a promising horizon to implement business process. However, the efficient indexing and matching method for RESTful Web Services is still a significant challenge. In this paper, a service indexing and matching method based on functionality and semantic domain ontology for RESTful Web Services is presented. Firstly a resource meta-model is defined to describe RESTful Web Services, and then the state description for IOPE is proposed. A whole calculation method based on domain ontology is generated and also a case study is provided to illustrate the application of this method.
