The conceptual level design for a complex Web based real life application demands high degree of simplicity and adaptability. In this paper an attempt has been made to propose a graph based data model for web application that can model the existing complex relations through a hierarchical layered structure in a simpler way. It ensures the high understandability from the designer's point of view. This model offers the existing features of object-oriented paradigm and is compatible to handle hypertext semi-structured data. The data model is supported by a strong GUI. The rules for generating equivalent logical data model (ORDBMS) automatically are also presented here.
