The aerobics class is prominently associated with reality and the times, requiring that their teaching must be "moving forward with the times"; and re-adjust accordingly with the development of society, specific teaching situations, and the actual situations of students' learning. Multimedia technology provides aerobics teaching with a new platform and tools. Based on the summary of multimedia technology application in the experience of teaching practice aerobics, the paper clearly articulated the importance and superiority of multimedia technology in teaching aerobics, and puts forward the major problems in multimedia technology applications in aerobics teaching, trying to effectively improve the specific teaching effects through consistent optimizing aerobics teaching with rational use of multimedia technology.
