The miscellaneous noise from structural vibration signals can affect recognition of precision of modal parameter, and it would affect illusive mode. Wavelet filtering and average method were used in recognition of modal parameter for studying the effect of resisting the interference of the noise. The simulation of one and five freedom system showed that recognition of modal parameter and submersed mode by noise would be improved by the usage of average method. The effect through the application of average method was good in resisting the interference of the noise, and it could improve recognition of precision of modal parameter which exceeded the effect of three averages.
