The logistics distribution routing optimization is a very active domain. In view of the characteristics of the logistics distribution routing, it was discussed the routing optimization by the immune genetic algorithm. In this paper, the mathematical model was established, and the immune genetic algorithm was constructed for solving the optimization of the logistics distribution routing problem. Then the general steps of optimizing the vehicle routing based on immune genetic algorithm were designed. Finally, the algorithm was validated by experiment. By the experimental results, it was shown that the immune genetic algorithm was a feasible method for the optimization of the logistics distribution routing problem.
