Architecture of Integrated Education Service Platform for E-Learning in Rural Area

This paper proposes an available base architecture of integrated education service platform to describe the applications of e-learning in rural area by means of both Internet protocol television (IPTV) and IPQAM-VOD system, which includes four main layers according to different entities. Multiscale solutions for different access equipments are taken into account by considering users' operation habits and their technique background. Furthermore, convenience and interactive capability are our main consideration. Moreover, recommendation information is optimized for access strategy.
