Since the mobile devices, such as mobile phone, pocket PC and PDA, have been more and more popular with the development of Internet and mobile technology, the development of urban public transport navigating system becomes an important accessory and value-added service for people. In this paper, the urban public transport navigating inquiries system of Fuzhou is developed with Visual C #. NET and SQL Server CE 2.0 database by Fuzhou City public experimental data and with the mobile devices as a terminal of urban bus navigating system, as well as with the embedded Windows CE.Net platform and its combined .NET environment. This results show that the system can be good to satisfy the need of queries urban public transport information on the mobile terminal.
