Intellectual property risk has become most important of the three risk the corporations faces in knowledge-based alliance. So this paper analyzes the influence of different control measures to intellectual property risk and innovation performance through 243 questionnaires with SEM, the main contributions can be summarized as follows: Firstly, point out and verify the different control measures was adopted to safeguarding relative intellectual property risk in knowledge-based alliance, deepen risk control choice in knowledge-based theory; Secondly, break out the current research that focus on influence factors on transferring performance, and from the risk perspective, explore the influence of intellectual property risk on innovation performance, which broaden the performance research of knowledge transferring from the new perspective; lastly, verify different control measures adopted in knowledge-based alliance is helpful for improving innovation output, deepen the relative content of transaction transaction cost theory. The orientation of further research are proposed at last.
