A method of designing the intelligent antiterrorist commanding system based on the platform of GPSone/CDMA 1X/GIS is proposed in this paper, by which a scientific and efficient dynamic platform can be offered for the department of antiterrorist commanding. For providing a powerful means of protection to attack terrorist activities and creating a safe city, it can change the static commanding to dynamic commanding, and experience commanding to scientific integration commanding. Oracle database is adopted to save the spatial and attributive data which can ensure the rapid access and the reliable performance of system data. One city of Liaoning province that applied the system based on GPSone/CDMA 1X/GIS to the department of antiterrorist commanding has got good effects.
