The article gives a brief analysis on the risk factors of E-government security and its assessment process. In accordance to the characteristic of uncertainty and complexity in the assessment process, the reasoning algorithm on Bayesian Network is presented. Consequently, it turns out the simulation results and analyses are reliable and effective, as provides a new method for E-government security assessment.
