Innovation is the key factor for the core competitiveness of enterprises and the source of the achievement of sustainable development. As a basic way to increase economic efficiency, under the stage of electronic commerce innovation, strategic management innovation based on e-commerce environment became the subject of corporate governance and management from a user-friendly e-commerce management. By flexible management analysis the article demonstrate that the era of e-commerce businesses should take a number of innovative strategies first.
