In this paper, we propose a framework with perfect function for the web-based microcomputer interface virtual lab using the 3D simulation technology. This system was developed by using Java, Java3D and 3DMAX, which could make the system independent of operating system, realistic in experiment effect and easy to use. In particular, we focus on the implementation of human-computer interaction based on model component. We effectively solved the problem that numbers of model components built uniquely combine to the experiment scene unified by adjusting the local coordinate system to universe coordinate system, as well as the model's material losing problem was well solved by material technique of 3DMAX. Also, picking technique and some other interaction technique of Java3D was applied to accomplish the operation of virtual experiment scene and the human-computer interaction. We have well combined the Java3D and 3D MAX technology to build a virtual lab, providing a good reference example for the laboratory design.
