With the rapid development of computer technology and the wide application of Internet, Web-based learning is now becoming an important learning form. The rapid development of web-based learning brings researchers and educators many problems. The students' learning processes, their achievements and the learning evaluation will be important, and then these could effectively promote the development of students. This paper brings through a new evaluation model of web-based learning effect, which is based on adaptive wavelet neural network. It could link the evaluation with learning effect so as to realize the goal of promoting learning through evaluation. The obtained results indicate that this model is suitable to estimate web-based learning effect and the higher accuracy rate of evaluation is obtained.
