The value engineering services was applied in cost-effective research on power marketing service management, and carried on some power company's service case. The method combines technology, economics and management to analysis problems, which is a new emerging branch of service science. The case studied in the paper showed that the value engineering services employed solved effectively the cost-effective problems of the power marketing activities. Not only what value engineering is were introduced in the paper, but also how to use. Consequently, the solution through the method is vitally practical; it would be valuable in strategies-making for workers related.
