One of the most important parameters in a wireless system is Bit Error Rate (BER). Hence in this paper we present a new system in which BER is lower than the other similar systems such as MC-CDMA, TH-MC-CDMA. In this paper, we describe the suggested system and analyse the BER for a flat fading channel with additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN).
