Strategic management is a core course for business administration and related specialties and hence has got immense attention of many universities' management schools. Integrating authors' teaching practice of the course, the paper discusses the course construction objectives and teaching innovation measures that have already been taken, introduces practices of double language teaching, case method and Blackboard platform based e-learning of the course. Key issues of next stage construction of the course are put forward in the summary part.
