With the competition of globalization, supply chain strategic alliance is becoming an effective supply chain management strategic. Information sharing of the companies in supply chain is also becoming more and more important. In the background of the rapid development of information technology, there are a lot of factors hampering the information sharing in the companies. The paper analyzes the information sharing in the companies of competition and cooperation with the game theory, and gives corresponding strategies. The research of information sharing will greatly improve competition of companies in supply chain strategic alliance.
