Application of large-scale non-grid-connected wind power is a way to develop wind power in multi-direction. However constructing this industrial system is a critical aspect of multidirectional development of wind power. The system contains a series of industries that have forward, backward or adjacent linkages. The system is a modern comprehensive industrial system which is related to three strata of industries.
