Being the new generation middleware, Web services have been enjoying great popularities in recent years. The high usability of the Web service is becoming a new focus for research. According to the demands of Web services, a fault-tolerant Web services framework named FW4WS is presented. In the article, we set forth the framework and the workflow of the system in detail.
