Government procurement performance evaluation is an effective means to expedite the procurement outcome of government's departments. The key factor to setting up an effective evaluation system of government procurement is choosing reasonable evaluation indexes with accurate weights related. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new method based on data mining to improve the GP evaluation system, and to found a dynamic framework of evaluation system's continual development via the data warehouse technology. By proving the scientific value of this new method, the author thinks that it can avoid the defects of the past methods efficiently.
