As the most crucial factor of team production, team human capital is of important research significance. By reviewing on relevant researches on the team human capital at home and abroad, this article summarizes the definition and features of project team human capital and classifies individual human capital in the team. Based on the similarity in terms of systematic characteristics between team human capital and circuit model, we establish a circuit model of project team human capital and analyze how team human capital structure and team synergy influence on output efficiency. By optimizing and integrating the structure, this article finally puts forward the best way to maximize the production of project team human capital.
