It discusses some generic issues for mobile service modeling, and the requirements stemming from terminals and new services. After that, the end-to-end service assurance is analyzed with KQIs and KPIs, and a sample of service model is defined accordingly. Finally, it concludes with a summary to say that modeling mobile service is important for facilitating flexible service creation processes with multi-party participation as well as for workflow management.
