We start with a general discussion clarifying the different meanings of the frequently misused term `mobility'. Following we consider how different types of mobility could be introduced into ISDN, focusing especially on a constraint mobility approach where we provide a wireless counterpart to the usual ISDN access interfaces. Both the technical issues of such approach and possible application scenarios are discussed
