Analyzing and researching the four elements of measuring process by using process method, it establishes the measuring system model of machine vision. It analyzes the component of measuring error, according to the analysis of measuring system model. It put forward a method of the error analysis of machine vision aiming based on the precision of edge detection, and applies to inside diameter measurements specifically. Finally it discusses the aiming error, and gets some significant conclusions.
